Castlight Health and Noom form a partnership

Castlight Health and Noom have formed a new partnership that will bring Noom’s behavior-based weight-management and metabolic health programs directly into Castlight’s healthcare navigation platform. The rollout is scheduled for early 2026 and is aimed at employers seeking unified support for GLP-1 usage and long-term lifestyle change.

Through the integration, employers will gain access to Noom Weight, Noom Med, Noom Diabetes, and the Diabetes Prevention Program. Members will be able to discover and enroll in these offerings within the Castlight app, guided by personalized recommendations and Castlight’s Care Guides.

Victor Leclere, senior vice president at Castlight Health, highlighted the growing urgency around employer spending on weight-related care. He said Castlight’s strong engagement results give organizations an opportunity to offer Noom’s programs in a way that reaches members at the right moment.

Noom’s approach combines cognitive behavioral techniques, coaching, and structured habit building. According to Noom Chief Commercial Officer Cody Fair, the partnership increases access to support during key decision points in an individual’s health journey. Fair explained that the collaboration covers Noom’s full metabolic pathway, including clinical guidance for GLP-1 medications through Noom Med.

As interest in GLP-1 treatments increases, employers face new questions about cost management and member adherence. Castlight will send prompts directing users to Noom programs and allow organizations to reward completion of activities linked to weight-management goals.

The companies are also enhancing their technical integration. Plans include deeper data exchange that gives employers real-time insight into engagement and outcomes. This will allow benefits teams to refine incentives and better understand program effectiveness.

Castlight and Noom will introduce their collaboration through a webinar titled Coffee Break with Castlight: Mindful Eating with Noom. Both companies say the partnership delivers a scalable framework for metabolic health support at a time when demand is rising across employer populations.
